​imranum Utility Hub ("we," "us," or "our") built the Universal RAW Converter app as a Commercial/Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by imranum Utility Hub and is intended for use "as is."

Universal RAW Converter is designed to process your files locally on your device. The RAW images you select for conversion, and the resulting converted files, remain strictly on your hardware. We do not upload, store, or process your photos on remote servers.

​Required Permissions

To function correctly, the app requests the following permissions:

  • ​Storage/Media Permissions: Required to read the RAW files you select from your device and to save the converted files back to your chosen destination folder.
  • ​Notifications: Required to provide live progress updates during batch conversion processes.

​2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

​Our app may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscription plans. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect, process, or store your credit card details, billing address, or other sensitive financial information on our servers.

​3. Log Data

​We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products like Google Play Console) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to help us fix crashes and improve performance.

​These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
