Saud Construction (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a labour contractor management application designed to help contractors and authorized staff manage worker information, daily attendance (Hajri), attendance approvals, payments, advances and transaction records.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may collect, how that information is used, where it is stored, and how users can request access to or deletion of their information.

By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features enabled and used, Saud Construction may collect or process the following information:

Worker and account information

• Worker name and unique worker ID.

• Phone number, address and joining date, when provided.

• Login credentials and account identifiers needed to authenticate users.

• Account role and account status.

Attendance and work information

• Hajri or attendance dates and values.

• Work start and end times, where recorded.

• Attendance submission, approval or rejection status.

• Attendance-related photographs submitted through the app.

• Advance payments, payments credited, adjustments, transaction dates and descriptions.

• Internal worker rates and calculated earnings, where applicable to authorized contractor or staff accounts.

Technical and usage information

• App usage and diagnostic information that may be collected by enabled services such as Google Analytics for Firebase.

• Technical information processed by authentication and cloud services to operate the app, maintain security and prevent abuse.

The app does not need bank card details or payment account passwords to perform its ordinary worker-management functions.

3. Camera and Photographs

The app may request camera permission so that a user can capture a photograph for attendance verification.

Attendance photographs are intended to support the recording and verification of work attendance. If cloud photo storage is enabled, photographs may be uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage and made available only to authorized users under the app's access controls.

The app should not access the camera for attendance capture without the relevant feature being used and the required permission being granted.

4. How We Use Information

Information processed through Saud Construction may be used to:

• Register and manage workers and user accounts.

• Record and review daily Hajri.

• Allow authorized staff to approve or reject attendance.

• Maintain payment, advance and transaction histories.

• Calculate internal earnings and outstanding balances for authorized staff.

• Synchronize records between authorized devices when cloud synchronization is enabled.

• Store and retrieve attendance photographs when cloud storage is enabled.

• Maintain application security, troubleshoot technical problems and improve app reliability.

• Understand app usage through Analytics, if Analytics is enabled.

We use information for the app's management and operational purposes, not to sell personal information.

5. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Saud Construction may use the following Google Firebase services as they are implemented:

• Firebase Authentication: for account authentication and identity management.

• Cloud Firestore: for storing and synchronizing worker, attendance and transaction records.

• Firebase Cloud Storage: for storing attendance photographs.

• Google Analytics for Firebase: for understanding application usage and improving reliability.

These services are provided by Google and process information according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Records may be stored locally on a device where local database functionality is used. When cloud features are enabled, relevant records may also be transmitted to and stored in Firebase.

Cloud synchronization does not itself guarantee that information has been independently backed up.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell users' personal information.

Information may be accessible to the contractor, administrator or staff members who are authorized to use the app for worker management. Workers should only be able to access information permitted by their role.

Information may also be processed by Google Firebase and related service providers to provide authentication, cloud storage, synchronization, analytics and security services.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app. These measures may include authenticated access, role-based permissions, restricted database and file access, and encrypted network connections provided by the relevant services.

No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their login credentials and notify the app administrator if they suspect unauthorized access.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app's services, maintain worker and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.

A worker or account holder may request account deletion or deletion of personal information by contacting the app's support contact below. The request may need to be verified by the account administrator.

Where deletion is appropriate, associated information will be deleted from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Some information may remain in protected backups for a limited period until those backups expire or are replaced.

Deleting an app from a device does not necessarily delete an account or cloud records.

9. Children's Privacy

Saud Construction is intended for labour contractors, administrators, staff and workers. It is not designed specifically for children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.

Camera permission can be managed through Android settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the associated feature from working.
